Manifesto

I start where the signal starts — at the board, the wire, the protocol — and follow it all the way to the screen.

Every project here follows the same five moves, and each move leaves a record.

  1. 01

    Observe

Read the schematic before writing the spec. Hardware assumptions get checked early.

  2. 02

    Draft

Write the protocol down and version it. Ask the teams you depend on for the smallest change.

  3. 03

    Build

Build against a synthetic source, so missing hardware never blocks the pipeline.

  4. 04

    Ship

Ship the core that holds, and name what was deferred as technical debt.

  5. 05

    Evidence

Publish each claim with the record that backs it, or mark it as not yet measured.

Capabilities

What I build, and where it is backed.

  1. Skills that carry a development cycle from specification to merge, coordinating agents across isolated worktrees. Vetor is the record: its workflow cycle (Fig. 01) and its repository (E-01.1).

  2. Services in different runtimes joined by a queue: a Java core, Rust processing, Python agent workers on CrewAI, and retrieval over vectors stored in PostgreSQL. Delphos shows the layout (Fig. 02) and the queue decision (D2).

  3. A physical product as one system: electronics designed in KiCad, a structure modelled in FreeCAD, an ESP32 with its firmware, and MQTT to a managed broker. Cafey carries the architecture (Fig. 03), the electronics (E-03.1) and the mechanical design (E-03.2).

  4. The backend and the interface on top of it: a Spring Boot core with a Next.js frontend in Delphos; a Kotlin API with multiplatform clients in Cafey.
